A: Please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks for production and delivery, depending on how much work is backlogged.

Q: Do you allow refunds or exchanges?

A: Yes, you can send your piece back for an exchange or refund within 2 weeks, for non-custom pieces only.

Q: Do you do repairs or ring re-sizing?

Q: What materials do you work with?

A: For metals, I work with either recycled sterling silver, 10k/14k/18k gold, or platinum. All gemstones are also conflict free.
